基于STM8s的数控直流恒流源的设计

The Design of Numerical Control Constant-Current Source Based on STM8s

  • 摘要: 恒流电流源是电子仪器和设备中常用的器件,除设计上要求精准外,低成本也是重要考虑因素。该文介绍了一种新开发的数控直流电流源,该电流源采用STM8s单片机作为主要控制器,通过键盘设置所需要的电流值并显示,控制数字量可随意设置,输出电流大小完全可知且大小可任意设定,而且控制精度高,输出电流取值范围可达0.1~20 mA。该电流源结构简单、工作稳定、成本低廉。

     

    Abstract: Constant-current source is the more commonly used practical devices in the electronic instruments and equipment.Besides the design should be precision, but also reduce the cost.This paper introduces a new developed numerical control constant-current source which uses STM8s single chip microcomputer as the main controller, sets the required current value through the keyboardand displays, the control digital quantity can be set freely, the output current size is fully known and the size can be arbitrarily set, and high control precision, the output current range of up to 0.1 ~ 20 mA.The system has simple structure, stable working, low cost.
