微波检波器设计及其在天线实验中的应用

Microwave Detector Design and its Application in Antenna Experiment

  • 摘要: 该文设计了一个低成本的微波检波器实验装置,在10 MHz~3 GHz的频率范围内,借助普通数字万用表的毫伏挡做指示器,可检测微波信号功率动态范围达58 dB以上。经实验验证,利用该检波器开展天线实验,替代微波频谱分析仪等高价值仪器,测量范围和精度可以达到教学实验要求,且能够有效控制实验成本。

     

    Abstract: A low cost microwave detector experimental device is designed in this paper.By setting a common digital multimeter to “mV” range as the indicator, the dynamic range of detected microwave signal is over 58 dB in a frequency range of 10 MHz~3 GHz.Conducting antenna experiment with the detector instead of valuable instruments such as microwave spectrum analyzer will reduce the cost of experiments.And it is proved that the measuring range and accuracy can meet requirements of experiment in education, and can effectively control the experiment cost.
