摘要: 光遗传学方法为调控特定神经元及神经环路提供了一种新的途径,极大地推动了神经科学的发展。在利用光遗传学方法调控细胞时,通常需要正弦波形变化的光刺激信号。该文采用偏振激光器、半波片、偏振片及步进电机,搭建一套光强变化呈正弦规律的刺激器,其输出频率精准,最高频率可达89 Hz。实践表明,该技术方案将在光遗传学中有良好的应用前景。Abstract: Optogenetics provides a new way to regulate and control the activity of specific neurons of neural circuits and thus greatly promotes the development of neuroscience.In the use of optogenetics methods to control cells, we usually require a light stimulation signal with sinusoidal waveform changes.In this paper, a set of sinusoidal wave signal generator is built based on a polarization laser, half-wave plate, polarizing plate and stepper motor.Its output frequency was very accurate and the highest frequency was up to 89 Hz.The experimental results demonstrate our technology scheme will have good application prospects in the field of optogenetics.
