Abstract: In order to improve students innovative thinking and innovation ability, this paper explores an innovative classroom teaching model and independent innovation practice teaching system and constructs a curriculum structure system of “the professional basis + the professional characteristic+ the local characteristics”.In addition, a scientific incentive mechanism for innovation is established and the evaluation system forteachers and students is also improved.Therefore, it can provides a guarantee for the innovation ability cultivation of sustainable development.Through a series of teaching reform, all of these improve the quality of teaching, and can provide guarantee for cultivating and training the creative ability of physics students.
