电子创新人才培养第二课堂长效机制的构建与应用

Establishing and Practice on Long-term Mechanism of Innovative Electronic Talents Training Based on Second Classroom

  • 摘要: 分析了目前电子创新人才第二课堂培养过程中存在的问题,通过依托省级大学生创新训练中心的优质教学资源,努力实践,不断总结探索,形成了“1453”创新人才培养模式(1个训练中心, 4个实践创新能力培养阶段,结合5个方面平台和资源,3年培养过程不断线),构建了大学生电子创新人才培养第二课堂的长效机制,取得了持久有效的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the main problems in the training of the second classroom on undergraduates electronic innovation talents.Relying on the high quality teaching resources of provincial undergraduates’ innovative training centre in the Changsha University of Science and Technology.After efforts to practice and constantly sum up the exploration,it formed a “1435” innovative talent training model(1 training center,4 practical innovation ability training stage,combined with five aspects of platform and resources,3 years training process line).And constructs the long-term mechanism of cultivating the second classroom of the electronic innovation talents of college students,and has achieved lasting and effective teaching effect.
