核磁共振定量技术引入药物分析实验的探索

The Exploration on the Application of Quantitative NMR for the Experiment Teaching of Pharmaceutical Analysis

  • 摘要: 核磁共振定量技术是一种以结构分析为基础的新型定量分析方法,在药物质量控制领域得到了广泛的应用。该文从传授理论知识、创新教学内容及建立课程评价体系3个方面,探索了将核磁共振定量技术引入药物分析实验的具体实施方案。实践表明,这一探索将科研新成果新方法带入实验教学,激发了学生探索科学的积极性,提高了他们的动手能力,为实现高水平高校创新人才培养打下坚实的基础。

     

    Abstract: The quantitative analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)is a new kind of quantitative analysis method based on structural analysis,which has been widely used in drug quality control.In this paper,it explored the approaches to applying quantitative of NMR to the experiment of pharmaceutical analysis from imparting theoretical knowledge,innovating teaching content and establishing evaluation system.Practice shows that this exploration will bring new research achievements and methods into experimental teaching,stimulate the enthusiasm of students to explore science and improve their practical ability,and make a basement for innovative talents cultivation.
