开放式化学实验教学中研究型实验的探索

Exploration on Research Type Experiment in Opening Chemistry Experimental Teaching

  • 摘要: 将教师的科学研究与化学实验教学相结合,探索了一个由科研课题设计转化成的研究型化学实验项目——纳米金共振光散射法测定河水中砷含量。该实验项目现象稳定、重复性好,达到教学实验要求;该实验还涵盖较多供学生自行探索的可开放研究课题——纳米金不同制备方法、纳米金尺寸与光学特性关系和修饰分子类型与检测对象。因此,该实验项目可用于开放式化学实验教学。该实验能够帮助学生掌握紫外可见吸收光谱仪、荧光光谱仪的工作原理及操作技能,有利于学生了解金纳米材料的制备方法及表征技术,培养学生的综合能力、科学素养和研究探索能力。

     

    Abstract: Combined the scientific research of teacher with chemical experimental teaching, a research type chemistry teaching experiment-the detection of As3+ in river water by resonance light scattering based on gold nanoparticles, was explored and designed.This item was transformed from research subjects.This experiment could satisfy the requirements of the stability and reproducibility in teaching experiment, meanwhile, there are many opening research topics including different preparation methods of gold nanoparticles, the correlativity between the size and optical characteristic of gold nanoparticles, and other target analytes dependence on modification molecular encapsulated on gold nanoparticles, therefore, this experiment could be used in opening chemistry experimental teaching.Through this proposed experiment, the students could understand and grasp the working principle and operation skill of UV-vis spectrometer and spectrofluorimeter, meanwhile, they also could understand the preparation methods and fluorescence characterization techniques of gold nanoparticles, and develop their comprehensive ability, relevant scientific literacy and research ability.
