基于博弈论的大学生诚信就业研究

Research on Honesty in College Students Employment Based on Game Theory

  • 摘要: 近年来我国大学生诚信就业问题逐年增多,严重影响了大学生就业市场的稳定。为维护高校良好的就业秩序,培养出拥有高尚道德情操的高水平人才,政府、企业和高校都迫切需要解决大学生的诚信就业问题。该文在分析大学生诚信就业现状的基础上,指出问题频发的逻辑归因包括学校、家庭、自身和企业等因素;采用博弈论对大学生就业选择过程中的决策和策略进行了建模和分析,提出了做好大学生的诚信就业应采用以教育为核心,以监管、表彰、惩罚和信息共享为辅助,用人单位、政府和学校合力协同完成的实践策略。

     

    Abstract: In recent years,the problem of employment honesty of college students has increased rapidly,which has seriously affected the stability of the employment market. In order to maintain the good employment order of colleges and universities and cultivate excellent talents,governments,enterprises and universities need to solve the problem of honesty in college students employment urgently. The logical attribution of this problem includes factors such as college,family,self and enterprise. Based on the game theory in the decision-making and strategy modeling of college students employment,the practical strategy of this problem should be to take education as the core,with supervision,recognition,punishment and information sharing as a supplement,and to make employers,the government and colleges work together.
