Abstract: In this paper, we explore the training plan and implement mechanism of application-type electronic and information talents according to the characteristics, curriculum content, training objectives and the existing teaching resources. Then we take “Laboratory teaching” as the subject and take “Classroom teaching”,“Enterprise practice”,“Virtual networks” and “Innovation project” as the wings to build and practice application-type talents training mode of “One body with four wings”. This student-oriented education idea is fully embodied, thereby provides a theoretical reference and practice reference for the talent cultivation of electronic information specialty and other engineering disciplines.
