摘要: 在机械专业的传统教学模式中,教师在给学生讲解难以理解的概念、形状复杂的零件和原理复杂的机构时,口头的讲授和二维的插图不能有效地帮助学生理解。实体教具虽然形象直观,但使用不便且价格昂贵;一些针对特定问题的教具难以购买,不利于教学推广。3D打印技术不仅可以缩短制作周期而且使用起来方便快捷,使得不具备专业知识的老师也能够根据自己需要制作出相应教具。针对该问题,研究了将3D打印技术应用到教具的设计制作中,给出了教具制作的基本理论和操作流程的关键技术。实践证明,3D打印教具的使用大大方便了教师的课堂讲解。Abstract: In the traditional teaching mode of mechanical engineering, teachers try to explain the difficult concept ofcomplex shape parts and mechanism to students, teaching and two-dimensional illustrations cannot be effectively helped students understand. Although the physical teaching aids are vivid and straightforward, but they are very expensive to buy the specific models for special issues, and they are not convenient to be promoted. 3D printing technology can shorten the production cycle and be used easily. Those teachers who do not have the professional knowledge will be met their demands after using the corresponding teaching aids. To address this problem, the study uses 3D printing technology to design and produceteaching aids.The study also gives the basic theory and operation of processes. Practice has shown that the use of 3D printing teaching models greatly facilitate teachers to explain the complex concept.
