Abstract: The development of textile laboratory technicians was briefly introduced under the background of constantly deepening the reform of personnel system and innovating education ofentrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities. The development of technical team for the domestic universities was lagged, actively explored the effective way of the construction of experimental technical team, so some suggestions on how to strengthen experimental techniques team building were proposed.
