LED灯具老练测试平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Test Platform for Aging LED Lamp

  • 摘要: 为了提高LED灯具的可靠性和使用寿命,设计并实现了LED灯具老练测试平台,包括硬件设计和软件设计。硬件电路设计包括了单片机控制系统、参数采集电路、告警电路、键盘接口电路、译码电路、显示接口电路等的设计。软件设计包括主程序、按键控制子程序、动态显示控制子程序等的设计。该测试平台具有自定义测试模式和3种自动老练测试模式,满足了LED灯具老练测试的要求。经过较长时间的运行实践,测试平台表现出了良好的稳定性和适应性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the reliability and service life time of LED lamps,the test platform for aging LED lamp is designed and implemented,including of the hardware design and software design.The hardware circuit design includes the microcomputer control system,the parameter acquisition circuit,the alarm circuit,the keyboard interface circuit,the decoding circuit,the display interface circuit,etc.The software design includes the main program subroutine,the button control subroutine,the dynamic display control subroutine,etc.The platform has a user-defined test mode and 3 kinds of automatic test modes,which can meet the requirements of aging LED lamps test.The platform has shown the good stability and adaptability after a long-time running practice.
