基于单片机的被控对象仿真装置的设计与开发

Design and Development of Simulator of Controlled Object Basedon Single Chip Microcomputer

  • 摘要: 为解决现有被控工艺对象存在的价格高和灵活性差等问题,该文采用单片机对液罐和液体混合装置等常见被控对象进行机理建模,并配合模拟量和开关量的输入和输出接口及触摸屏等器件,构建被控对象的仿真装置。实践表明,该装置体积小,操作灵活方便,显示直观形象,可与可编程控制器、集散控制系统和数字调节器等控制装置配合完成简单或复杂控制方案的实施和测试。

     

    Abstract: The existing charged technology have some shortages such as high price and inflexibility and other problems,a simulator based on single chip microcomputer is developed.In this paper,mechanism modeling of liquid tanks and liquid mixing devices are established by the single chip microcomputer.It interfaced with analog and digital inputs and outputs,as well as touch screen and other devices,build the controlled object of the simulation device.The simulator has many advantages such as small size,showing an intuitive image and convenient operation.The device can be used with controllers such as Programmable Logic Controllers,Distributed Control Systems and digital controllers and other devices to complete a simple or complex control program implementation and testing.
