飞机外仓清洁机器人的设计

The Design of Aircraft Outer Cabin Cleaning Robot

  • 摘要: 为使清洁机器人能适用于大部分飞机主翼、机身以及尾翼的清洁,该文以STM32单片机为核心控制器,由负压吸附模块、机械运动模块、图像传输模块、清洁模块、通信模块、超声波避障模块、地面控制终端等组成,该系统能稳定地吸附于飞机外仓表面,并能在飞机外仓表面及飞机机翼上运动,通过控制终端的控制能实现对飞机外仓表面的清洁、检测工作。

     

    Abstract: In order to make the cleaning robot can be applied to the most of the aircraft main wing,fuselage and tail cleaning,The STM32 single chip microcomputer is the core controller,which consists of negative pressure adsorption module,mechanical motion module,image transmission module,cleaning module,communication module,ultrasonic obstacle avoidance module and ground control terminal and so on.The system can be stably adsorbed and moved on the outside surface of the aircraft.It can control the terminal through the control of the surface of the aircraft to achieve the cleaning,detection work.
