电磁场课程设计中新的数值计算方法探索

Exploration of New Numerical Methods inThe Course Design of Electromagnetic Field

  • 摘要: 在电磁场与电磁波的教学中,应用时域有限差分方法对电磁场的分布和电磁波的传输进行计算和仿真,使得抽象的概念直观化,有助于学生对电磁场与电磁波教学内容的学习。该文介绍一种基于Laguerre多项式的时域有限差分方法,该方法是一种无条件稳定算法,并没有时间稳定性条件的限制,特别适合于计算包含有多尺度复杂结构的电磁特性问题。实践表明,该方法作为一种新的无条件稳定的快速时域算法能有效帮助学生充分理解电磁场,提高学生对电磁场的知识水平,并对帮助学生理解电磁场的数值计算具有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: In the teaching of electromagnetic field and wave,the finite-difference time-domain method is used to calculate and simulate the distribution of electromagnetic field and the transmission of electromagnetic wave.It can make the abstract concept intuitive and help students to study the electromagnetic field and wave teaching content.In this paper,a new unconditionally stable finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method based on weighted Laguerre polynomials(WLPs) is studied and it is an unconditional stable algorithm with no time stability constraints,which especially suitable for the calculation of electromagnetic properties with multi-scale complex structure.The practice shows that this method is a new unconditional fast time domain algorithm.It can effectively help students to fully understand the electromagnetic field,improve the level of knowledge of electromagnetic fields.It also has a certain reference value which can help students understand the electromagnetic field numerical calculation.
