Abstract: There are some new problems exposed from the reformation of the present experimental teaching of Viticulture and Enology Engineering Specialty,which have restricted the new situation of social development having the urgent need for high-quality innovative talents.Based on the analyzing of the great importance and urgency of research-oriented experimental teaching in Viticulture and Enology Engineering Specialty,a reasonable execution plan of reform was developed and practiced in extracurricular.The model of research-oriented experimental teaching implemented did meet the demands of students’ autonomous choice so well that it effectively enhanced their independent innovative ability and training quality,improving their comprehensive capacity finally.In a word,research-oriented experimental teaching is a beneficial supplement and improvement to the current experimental teaching system of Viticulture and Enology Engineering Specialty.Practice has proved that the research-based experimental teaching model to meet the needs of students,effectively improve the ability of independent innovation and training quality,and promote the comprehensive development of undergraduates.It completed and improved the Viticulture and Enology Engineering Specialty experimental teaching system.
