Abstract: The cultivation of excellent engineers in surveying and mapping engineers is an important step in the construction of national surveying and mapping talents.Through the exploration of the new model of engineering practice education,this paper constructs the teaching team which is complementary to the practice teaching.And strive to cultivate students' knowledge structure and practice innovation ability.And it had gained great stage achievement.Practice shows that the construction of National Engineering Practice Education Center which has a new model of education,teachers,complementary advantages,accurate positioning of student to cultivate the ability of National Engineering Practice Education Center are to further promote the national surveying and mapping personnel training innovative initiatives.
