Abstract: In order to meet the personnel training requirements of higher education,combined with the characteristics and advantages of school of electronic information of Wuhan University,we analyzed and discussed the current situation of the “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program”.Summarize the new ideas of personnel training in the current industry.Construct a curriculum system set the learning ability and thinking ability as the core and create stereoscopic engineering practice platform.Improve the innovation ability training platform and raise the point that an interdisciplinary teaching team is due.All of the above will provide a practical reference for the comprehensive reform of undergraduate education.
