  • 摘要: 针对食品安全与检测实验课内容涵盖知识点多、应用性强,涉及实验手段繁杂等自身特殊性,建立一种新型的线上-线下混合式实验教学模式,既达到了多知识点、多实验技能综合运用的目的,同时又缓解了实验课学时数、场地及仪器不足等压力,也是一种有利于培养药学高素质创新型人才的全新的实验教学模式。

     

    Abstract: to the content of Food Safety and Detection experiment courses multi-knowledge points,strong applicability,and involving complicate experimental methods and other special characteristics.Thus,establish a new type of online-offline mixed experimental teaching model,which achieves the purpose of comprehensive application of multi-knowledge and multi-experimental skills.It is also relives pressures such as the number of hours of experiment classes,lack of venues and instruments.It is a new experimental teaching model which is beneficial to the cultivation of innovative talents with high quality in pharmaceutical science.
