Abstract:
Aiming at the flammability of hydrocarbons as refrigerants, this paper designs a direct expansion solar heat pump experimental system based on micro-channel heat transfer technology with propane as refrigerant. This system is mainly composed of micro-channel solar collector/evaporator, fixed frequency compressor, micro-channel condenser, hot water storage tank, electronic expansion valve, data acquisition and control system. The data monitoring system based on Kingview has been developed to realize on-line monitoring of various parameters, such as temperature, pressure, solar radiation intensity, ambient wind speed and power, real-time data dynamic, historical data record query, automatic control and remote access. Practice shows that the experimental system directly uses the solar collector directly as a heat pump evaporator, which efficiency improves the overall efficiency of the system, and can develop a series of comprehensive, design and research experiments, which can help students to exert their subject initiative and cultivate. Students comprehensive and innovative abilities meet the needs of professional teaching and research.
