The Design of a Weight Measurement System

  • 摘要: 重量测量仪是将称量与传感器技术、转换技术和信息处理等技术结合成一体的现代新型计量手段,该文设计了一种基于重量传感器、STC12C5A60S2单片机和YM12864C图形液晶显示器的重量测量系统。该系统首先通过压敏电阻将质量信号转变为压力信号,再借助于线性放大器和A/D转换将其输出为适合于CPU处理的电压数字信号,最后转换为砝码重量显示在YM12864C图形液晶显示器中。实验结果显示,该文设计的系统与高精密天平的重量基准的差别均小于0.5 g,偏差度也在0.5 g范围内,基本接近高精度天平所具有的性能。

     

    Abstract: The weight measuring instrument is a new measuring method that combines weighing and sensor technology, conversion technology and information processing technology. This paper designs a weight measurement system based on weight sensor, STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcontroller and YM12864C graphic liquid crystal display. The system first converts the mass signal into a pressure signal through a varistor, and then outputs it as a voltage digital signal suitable for CPU processing by means of a linear amplifier and A/D conversion. Finally converts it into a weight display on the YM12864C graphic liquid crystal display. Experimental results show that the difference between the weighted basis of the system and the high precision scale is less than 0.5 grams, which is close to the performance of the high-precision balance.
