Abstract: In order to meet the challenge brought by technological development,by combining the characteristics of the School of Electronic Information of Wuhan University, we suggest the approach on how to develop young talent, which includes building an educational course platform and an engineering practicing platform. A system aimed for cultivating students is built, which can be used as an example for the higher education of top-notch innovative talents in other colleges.
