小班教学在“微电子器件”课程中的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Seminar in Small Class of the Course of Microelectronic Devices

  • 摘要: 针对微电子器件课程在教学中采用传统的大班教学形式存在课堂参与度低、自主学习不够深入、问题分析能力较差等问题,对该课程进行了“小班授课+小班研讨”的小班教学模式的教学实践,并就课程设置、研讨形式和考核方式进行了具体的研究和探讨。从教师的评教成绩可以看出,评教成绩由2016年时大班教学的91.76分上升到了2017年小班教学的95分。小班教学的改革是成功的,且学生的满意度大幅度提高。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low participation, insufficient in-depth autonomous learning and poor analysis ability in the traditional large class mode, the teaching mode of lecture in small class and seminar in small class is proposed and carried out for the course of microelectronic device. The curriculum design, discussion form and examination method are discussed. From the teaching evaluation results, the students’ satisfaction has been greatly improved from 91.76 in 2016 to 95 in 2017.It can be seen that the reform of the seminar in small class is successful and the students are satisfied with this reform.
