基于数码产品的层流扩散火焰试验系统设计

A Design of Laminar Diffusion Flame Experimental System Based on Digital Camera

  • 摘要: 该文针对能源与动力领域主干技术基础课程“燃烧学”因先进设备不足导致实践教学环节较为薄弱的问题,基于先进的光学诊断测试原理,利用本生灯、数码相机等常见器件搭建层流火焰试验系统,结合MAT LAB处理程序,可获得火焰宏观结构、化学反应进程和碳烟生成特性等信息,供课堂演示、理论讲解和课下学生实践研究。实践表明,该设计可降低实验系统购置成本,同时激发学生学习兴趣、启发学生创新思维。

     

    Abstract: As one of the most fundamental courses in the degree program of energy and power engineering, there are insufficient practical teaching sections in combustion science due to the lack of necessary equipment. Based on the advanced optical diagnostics theory, a laminar diffusion flame experimental system was designed and established by collecting common items such as Bunsen burner, digital camera, etc. With the post-processing MAT LAB code, flame structure, chemical reaction progress, and soot performance could be obtained, which is a good solution for demonstration in class, theory explanation, and independent investigation for students after class. The realization of experimental system not only can reduce the cost, but also can inspire the interest of students in learning and innovative thinking.
