金属腐蚀与防护综合实验的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Comprehensive Experiment on Corrosion and Protection of Metals

  • 摘要: 为了提高金属腐蚀与防护类课程的教学效果,帮助学生全面掌握课程知识,提高学生实践创新能力,该文设计开发了一个金属腐蚀与防护综合实验。通过对比不同状态的铁钉分别在3%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀现象,结合电极电位的测定,阐述了该综合实验的设计思路、实验原理、实验教学设计和实验评价体系的建立。该实验包含了腐蚀原电池、电偶腐蚀、阴极保护等多个知识点。实践表明,通过该实验,可以观察微观腐蚀电池和宏观腐蚀电池的形成,分析阴极保护原理和电偶腐蚀产生的条件。

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive experiment of metal corrosion and protection was designed and developed in this paper, in order to improve the teaching outcome of courses on metal corrosion and protection and help students to master the course knowledge. The design idea, experimental principle, experimental process design and experimental evaluation system of the comprehensive experiment are described by observations of different iron nails in 3% NaCl and potential measurements of different metal materials. This experiment contains several points of knowledge such as corrosion primary cell, galvanic corrosion and cathodic protection. Through this experiment, students can observe the formation of microscopic and macroscopic corrosion cells, understand the principle of cathodic protection, and analyze the formation condition of galvanic corrosion.
