基于旋转圆盘电极评价氧还原催化剂催化机理的实验教学设计

Experimental Teaching Design of Catalytic Mechanism of ORR Catalysts Using RDE

  • 摘要: 该实验基于旋转圆盘电极测试Co/N/C型氧还原催化剂在酸性体系中催化氧还原的线性电位扫描,并计算电子转移数目,对催化剂的催化机理做出评价。通过该实验的学习,学生掌握了Co/N/C型催化剂的制备方法,更好地理解了氧还原反应机理和旋转圆盘电极的测试原理,适用于应用化学专业综合或仪器分析的实验教学。

     

    Abstract: In the design, the linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) is carried to investigate the catalytic performance of Co/N/C in acid system using rotating disk electrode (RDE). The electron transfer number is calculated and the catalytic mechanism of catalysts is evaluated. Though this experiment, students will learn the preparation method of Co/N/C oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysts and comprehend the catalytic mechanism and principle of RED. This experiment is suitable for undergraduate experimental teaching of comprehensive or instrumental analysis experiment for applied chemistry specialty.
