植物病虫数字化玻片标本共享平台的建设

Construction of Digital Slide Specimen Sharing Platform for Plant Diseases and Insect Pests

  • 摘要: 标本是植物病虫实验教学的重要教学资源,其中玻片标本在实验教学中具有重要的作用。由于传统实物玻片标本在教学应用中的局限性,合理运用数字化标本是提高实验教学质量的有效途径。该文将实物玻片标本通过全自动显微扫描系统制作成数字化玻片教学资源,上传至存储服务器,教师及学生通过访问数据库网址,登陆数据库浏览标本资源。实践表明,通过构建植物病虫数字化玻片标本资源共享平台,进一步优化了教学资源,提高了教学质量。

     

    Abstract: Specimens are important teaching resources for experimental teaching of plant diseases and insect pests, in which slide specimens play an important role. Due to the limitations of traditional slides in teaching, the rational use of digital specimens is an efficient way to improve the quality of experimental teaching. The real slide specimens are transformed into digital slide teaching resources by an automatic micro-scanning system and they are stored on a cloud server. Teachers and students can access the database and browse the specimen resources through an online website. As a result of the digital slide specimen resource sharing platform, the teaching resources of plant diseases and insects are further optimized and the quality of teaching is improved.
