深水管道S型铺设实验平台设计

The Design of Experimental Platform for Deep Water S-lay Pipeline Installation

  • 摘要: 为了研究深水管道S型铺设技术及其关键铺设设备设计,该文通过对铺设过程开展相似性理论分析,合理简化铺设系统模型,设计了适用于深水S型管道铺设模拟的实验平台。实验平台由实验模型、控制系统和数据采集分析系统组成。实验平台在室内实现了大比尺模型实验,克服了超深水情况下尺寸跨度大导致的缩比问题,建立了关键设备实验模型,为铺管分析和装备设计提供了研究平台。以HYSY201起重铺管船极限铺设实验为例,验证了实验平台的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: To research on the laying technology and the design of key equipment design of deep water S-laying, an experiment platform suitable for deep sea S-laying is designed through studying pipe-laying, similarity analysis and model simplification. This experimental platform is composed of model, control system, data acquisition, and analysis system. It provides a research platform for complex pavement analysis and equipment design for deep water S-laying. This method is advantageous in realizing large-scale model experiment indoor, which could overcome the shrinkage ratio caused by large size span in the case of ultra-deep water. Moreover, by taking the HYSY201 pipe-laying vessel in extreme conditions as an example, we show that this experimental platform is effective and feasible.
