Abstract:
Digital image correlation(DIC)method is a surface deformation field measurement technology developed in recent years.Because this technology requires computer to complete complex image data processing,it is not conducive to the implementation of undergraduate teaching. The test will be based on an one-dimensional digital image correlation method for measuring the tensile properties of badminton string lines. The test results show that the tensile load-displacement curve of the badminton racket measured by the one-dimensional digital image correlation method is in good agreement with the experimental machine measurement results, which can effectively measure the tensile mechanical properties of the badminton string. The method is convenient to test, simple and intuitive to operate, small in data volume, simple in data processing, suitable for undergraduate mechanical experiment teaching, and can also be directly applied to tensile performance testing of fiber materials.
