交互性Flash在基因工程实验教学中的应用

Application of Interactive Flash in Experiment Teaching of Genetic Engineering

  • 摘要: 随着基因工程技术的发展以及相关技术的成熟,基因工程已经成为本科期间一门非常实用又非常热门的必选课程。但是由于其实验周期长、内容多、综合性强,使学生很难在有限的课堂上熟练掌握实验技能,而改善教学技巧可为解决这一问题做出有益的探索。本研究将交互性Flash引入到实验教学中,试图通过动画兼游戏的形式将文字、图形、图像以及其他方面相关的内容有效地融为一体,来提高学生理解抽象的实验原理和掌握繁琐的实验步骤的能力。通过问卷、采访以及实际运用等方式证明了交互性Flash在基因工程实验教学中取得了预期的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: With the development of genetic engineering and maturity of related technologies,genetic engineering has become a very practical and very popular mandatory course during the undergraduate period.However,it is difficult for students to master experimental the skills in a limited class time because of its long experimental period,complex contents and comprehensiveness.Improving teaching skills can be a useful exploration to solve this problem.Interactive Flash animation was used in this experiment teaching,trying to effectively integrate text,graphics,images and other related content through animation and game to improve students' ability to understand abstract experimental principles and master cumbersome experimental steps.Through questionnaires,interviews and practical application,it is proved that interactive Flash has achieved the expected teaching effect in genetic engineering experiment teaching.
