Abstract:
In order to scientifically evaluate the completion of the “Innovation and Entrepreneruship Training Plan for College Students”(Dachuang for short),nine evaluation indicators were selected from three aspects:generalizing common problems,solving practical problems and concreting theoretical achievements.A comprehensive evaluation index system for Dachuang projects was established,and 10 different levels of Dachuang projects were evaluated comprehensively.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator,and the TOPSIS method is used to rank Dachuang venture projects.The results show that the ranking of Dachuang projects with higher level or more achievements is not necessarily ahead of schedule,and the practice process is also very important,which fully reflects the characteristics of the process management of Dachuang projects.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of Dachuang projects.
