基于TOPSIS的大学生创新创业训练计划项目综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Based on TOPSIS Method

  • 摘要: 为科学评价“大学生创新创业训练计划”(简称大创)项目完成情况,从概括共性问题、解决实际问题和凝练理论成果3个方面选择9个评价指标,建立大创项目综合评价指标体系,对10个不同级别的大创项目进行综合评价。采用层次分析法确定每个指标的权重,应用TOPSIS法对大创项目进行排序。结果表明:级别较高或成果较多的大创项目排序不一定靠前,实践过程也十分重要,充分体现大创项目重过程管理的特点。研究结果为大创项目的综合评价提供了理论依据。大创项目;评价指标体系;层次分析法;TOPSISG64A22

     

    Abstract: In order to scientifically evaluate the completion of the “Innovation and Entrepreneruship Training Plan for College Students”(Dachuang for short),nine evaluation indicators were selected from three aspects:generalizing common problems,solving practical problems and concreting theoretical achievements.A comprehensive evaluation index system for Dachuang projects was established,and 10 different levels of Dachuang projects were evaluated comprehensively.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator,and the TOPSIS method is used to rank Dachuang venture projects.The results show that the ranking of Dachuang projects with higher level or more achievements is not necessarily ahead of schedule,and the practice process is also very important,which fully reflects the characteristics of the process management of Dachuang projects.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of Dachuang projects.
