应用型高校食品微生物实验教学改革

Teaching Reform of Food Microbiology Experiment in Food Specialty of Applied College

  • 摘要: 为了充分调动学生学习热情,有效提高学生对理论知识和实践技能的掌握程度。该文以食品微生物实验课程为例,以地方所需的应用型高校食品类专业人才的培养目标出发,通过整合教学内容、丰富教学手段、强化实际操作三方面对该课程进行探索和改革。对食品微生物实验课程进行教学改革,以实现培养学生从事食品微生物开发和检验工作的知识、技能和素质能力,从而使学生达到相应用人单位的要求。

     

    Abstract: It aims to fully mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning,effectively improve their mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Taking the food microbiology experiment course as an example,this paper explores and reforms the curriculum by integrating teaching content,enriching teaching methods,and strengthening practical operations.Teaching reform of food microbiology experiment course to achieve the knowledge,skills and quality of students engaged in food microbial development and testing,so that students can meet they can meet the requirements of the applicable unit.
