双闭环直流调速系统实验教学设计与实现

Experimental Teaching Design and Implementation of Double Closed-loop DC Speed Control System

  • 摘要: 为加深学生对电气传动控制技术和双闭环直流调速系统的理论知识的理解,培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力以及团结合作与责任担当意识,根据“成果导向教育”理念,结合“课程思政”,搭建了双闭环直流调速系统的实验平台,制定了教学目标,优化了教学内容,并对主要实验过程及结果加以分析。实验表明,采用比例积分调节器的双闭环直流调速系统提高了系统的静态、动态性能,经过多年的教学实践,获得了良好的实验教学效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to deepen students’ understanding of the theoretical knowledge of electric drive control technology and double closed-loop DC speed control system, train the students’ ability to solve complex engineering problems and sense of cooperation and responsibility, according to the concept of “outcomes-based education”, combined with “course education”, a double closed loop DC speed control system of experimental platform has been designed, we set teaching goals, optimizing the teaching content, and the main experimental process and results are analyzed. The experiment shows that the double closed-loop DC speed control system with proportional integral regulator improves the static and dynamic performance of the system, and obtains good experimental teaching effect after years of teaching practice.
