Management and Quality Control of Electronic Information Talents Cultivation in Teaching Process

  • 摘要: 该文探讨了电子信息大类人才培养教学过程管理与质量控制问题,通过分析教学活动应达到的教学目的和质量标准,建立用人单位、教师、学生全面参与的教学质量监控体系和教学过程控制机制;并根据毕业生调查评估教师教学活动的效果和质量,根据学生的知识掌握和运用能力来分析、评估基本教学质量等。该文对本项目研究的基本思路、目的和意义,进行了阐述,同时也进行了有益的探索与实践。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the issues of teaching process management and quality control for personnel training in the major of electronic information.We explicit that teaching activities should achieve educational objectives and quality standards, establish the teaching quality monitoring system and teaching process control mechanisms that make employers, teachers, students fully engaged.According to the survey of graduates and assess the effectiveness and quality of teachers and teaching activities, we can analyze and evaluate the quality of basic education based on the students ability to master and use knowledge.This paper does not only expound the basic idea, the purpose and significance of this research project, but also carry out a useful exploration and practice.
