Logically Built the Experimental Course of Polymer Structure and Mechanical Property

摘要: 利用二维X-射线衍射仪表征技术,改革了差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量技术和拉伸测试实验对传统的高分子材料结构性能表征实验。通过性能与结构关系这条主线将3个实验逻辑地串联起来,经过结果对比、理论分析和设计实验验证3个步骤,向学生传授逻辑性思考和系统设计实验的方法。打破了传统单一实验教学模式,建立明晰的实验逻辑关系,起到培养学生逻辑性思考,系统性设计实验的能力。Abstract: The X-ray diffractometer with 2D detector,the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and the materials testing machine were used for polymer crystal structure and mechanical property test.These experiments were combined by the relationship between the crystal structure and mechanical property,for developing students’ capacity of logical thinking skill and systematic designed experiment.It changed the traditional experimental model,built a clear relationship between experiments,and made the basic experiment change the comprehensive experimental.
