集气管压力控制系统实验仿真平台的设计

Design of Experiment Simulation Platformfor the Gas Collector Pressure Control System

  • 摘要: 集气管压力的控制在焦炉生产中将直接影响焦炭及煤气的有效生产。该文采用LabVIEW软件对集气管压力控制系统实验仿真平台进行了设计,该平台在实现压力采集、数据处理、报警、开关状态检测和远程调用等功能基础上,通过模糊控制器能够迅速地完成集气管压力缓慢变化、快速变化和突变3种情况的调节控制,且得到了较好的控制效果。

     

    Abstract: In the process of coke,how to control the gas collector pressure will directly impact on the effective production of coke and coal gas.By using LabVIEW,this paper designs the experiment simulation platform for the gas collector pressure control system.This platform has such functions as pressure gathering,data processing,alarm,switch conditions detection,remote invocation and so on.In addition,the pressure of gas collector will be well controlled by the fuzzy controller,when the pressure slowly changes,quickly changes or suddenly changes respectively.
