Design of 3D Printing Mini Four Rotor Aircraft Teaching Platform

  • 摘要: 该文阐述了迷你四旋翼飞行器教学平台的开发过程:首先利用3D打印技术对外形进行设计加工,并实现模块化拼装,然后利用开源飞控资源,引导学生设计原理图电路及PCB,最后设计开发用于操控的APP软件。因本教学平台体积小,安全性高,且功能原理与其他大轴距四旋翼相同,所以可把本平台的设计制作过程用于教学,让更多的学生参与其中。该课程既可以开放学生创新思维,也可以锻炼学生动手能力。该课程进行了多次的实践教学,效果显著,证明了此平台在实践教学中的实用性。

     

    Abstract: This paper expounds the development process of the mini quadrotor aircraft teaching platform. Firstly, the shape is designed and processed by using 3D printing technology, and the modular assembly is realized. And then the open source flight control resources are used to guide students to design the schematic circuit and PCB. Finally APP software is developed for control. Because this teaching platform is small in size, high in safety, and has the same functional principle as other large-wheelbase quadrotors, the design and production process of this platform can be used for teaching, so that more students can participate in it. This course can not only open up students’ innovative thinking, but also exercise students’ hands-on ability. The course has been practiced many times, and the effect is remarkable, which proves the practicability of this platform in practice teaching.
