基于LabVIEW的实时温度测控实验

Experiment of Real-time Temperature Measurement and Control Based on the LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 以温度测控为对象,在LabVIEW软件上设计温度监测和控制系统,用于实验演示。整个温度测控系统由上位机和下位机组成。上位机为基于LabVIEW平台设计的控制界面,下位机由单片机和温度传感器等硬件组成。上位机和下位机的通信主要通过串口通信的方式来实现。实验实现了对采集现场的温度实时检测,同时可以通过控制界面发送相应的控制指令,让单片机执行相应的动作。系统结构简单,抗干扰能力强,稳定可靠,适用于在恶劣环境下进行现场测控。

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, temperature measurement and control as the object, one designs temperature monitoring and control system through the software of LabVIEW to provide the experiment demonstration. The whole temperature measurement and control system is composed of the upper computer and the lower computer. The upper computer is based on the LabVIEW platform control interface by designing, and the slave computer is composed of single chip microcomputer(SCM) and temperature sensor. The communication between the host computer and slave computer is realized through the serial port communication. In this experiment, we can realize the real-time detection of the temperature on the spot, and send the corresponding control commands through the control interface, so that the microcontroller can execute the corresponding action.This system has the advantages of simple structure,strong anti-interference ability,stable and reliable,suitable for field measurement and control in harsh environments.
