Development and Application of Rankine Cycle Virtual Simulation Software Based on MATLAB

  • The Rankine cycle experiment teaching is an important component of the undergraduate teaching system in engineering thermodynamics. Based on the working principle of the Rankine cycle, this paper develops a Rankine cycle virtual simulation software using MATLAB App Designer. It designs the experimental procedure and content of the Rankine cycle thermodynamics characteristics analysis experiment, enriching the experimental teaching tools and content for the Rankine cycle. This approach is expected to improve students’ ability to independently analyze and solve practical engineering problems based on theoretical knowledge of engineering thermodynamics.
