Development and Application of Rankine Cycle Virtual Simulation Software Based on MATLAB

  • The Rankine cycle experiment teaching is an important component of the undergraduate teaching system in engineering thermodynamics. Based on the working principle of the Rankine cycle, this article developed a Rankine cycle virtual simulation software based on MATLAB App Designer. The experimental process and content of the “Rankine cycle thermodynamics characteristics analysis experiment” were designed, and enriched the experimental teaching tools and content of the Rankine cycle. It is expected to improve students’ ability to independently analyze and handle engineering practical problems based on theoretical knowledge of engineering thermodynamics.
