Practice of Constructing a Safety Education Case Base for the Medical Research Laboratory

With the rapid development of science, technology and medicine in China, the number and scale of medical research laboratories have been expanding, accompanied by growing safety hazards, which pose severe challenges to laboratory management. To mitigate the related risks and enhance management efficiency, based on practical considerations, a comprehensive, systematic, and practical safety education case base is constructed in a targeted manner. A complete safety education system is established by integrating thematic safety education with professional courses. Practical application is implemented through modern educational technology and diversified teaching methods. A systematic evaluation mechanism, which integrates multiple approaches, is established to conduct comprehensive assessment of the application effectiveness. These efforts have achieved the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of educational resources, enhanced personnel safety awareness, professional skills, and overall competence, promoted the implementation of rules and regulations and the cultivation of independent management capabilities, and improved management effectiveness. In the future, continuous optimization of this case base and innovation in educational models and methods can further enhance safety education and management levels, and provide beneficial references for other fields.
