Abstract
Focusing on the research hotspots of bone repair materials and addressing the issue of limited osteogenic capacity of titanium implants, an exploratory comprehensive experiment was designed by integrating new technologies and materials to study the modification and osteogenic properties of titanium implants. Tea polyphenol functionalized and reduced graphene oxide (TPG), possessing osteogenic properties, was deposited onto titanium implants via electrochemical deposition. Modified titanium implants with varying TPG contents were obtained by controlling the deposition time. Furthermore, the osteogenic properties of the modified titanium implants were evaluated through cell adhesion and proliferation assays. The results demonstrated that modified titanium implants with different TPG contents were successfully obtained by controlling the deposition time. Specifically, implants deposited for 5 min were more conducive to osteoblast adhesion and subsequently promoted cell proliferation, laying a theoretical foundation for the modification and application of titanium implants.
