Virtual-Real Interaction Experimental Platform Design for Smart Production Lines

  • To enhance the experimental teaching content of smart manufacturing engineering, cultivate outstanding talents with cutting-edge manufacturing core knowledge and skills, and provide innovative impetus for industrial upgrading, this paper fully utilizes enterprise production lines as practice bases, closely integrating industrial Internet of Things and digital twin technology to construct a data-driven virtual-real interaction experimental platform system for smart production lines. This system not only integrates data acquisition and transmission modules and twin synchronization communication modules to achieve precise mapping between physical and virtual entities, but also enables real-time monitoring of the production line operation status. By aligning with the practical teaching of smart manufacturing engineering courses, the platform enables students to understand the principles of smart manufacturing technology in practice and proficiently master its operational skills in practical applications.
