Skills for Observing Paramecium

:Paramecium is a lower,primitive and single animal,belonging to the protozoan phylum and ciliata. The experiment of observing Paramecium is an important biological one in the middle school as well as the university due to its larger individuals,classical structure,rapid propagation,easy observation and convenient training. With transparent body,rapid movement and the restriction of the field of a microscope,it is very difficult to observe the structures and physiological activities. In this paper,the method for observing Paramecium was summarized to obtain a better effect.
