Research of Bimetallic Strip Laser Thermometer

  • This paper investigated the phenomenon that the deformation of bimetallic strip infhuenced by temperature,and discussed the feasibility of using bimetallic strip to temperature measurement.In combination with laser,plane mirror and etc as a optical system,one used electronic components for data acquisition and calculation,then analyzed error.When the system felt the temperature change,the thermal probe changed the temperature into displacement signal,later it transformed into electronic signal on photosensitive strip,then the microprocessor calculated the temperature.The precision of the device can be significantly increased along with the space distance,especially in complex electromagnetic environment has a great application prospect.
