Research of the Build Studio between Schools and Companies for the Electrical Engineering

Using the studio as a carrier to build the studio system,is a new way to cultivate talents who can adapt to the rapid society dedelprnent.The cultivation of innovation ability is the main part of the studio building.Building the project between universities and enterprises to drive is a new way of training innovation ability.Through the summary of the characteristics in the electricity specialized students practice,this paper mainly disscusses from how to build the studio,what kind of studio to build,and how to through university-enterprise cooperation in project to cultivate the innovation ability of students.we hope that through the construction of the studio can cultivate innovation ability talents and can provide high service for the local and the economic social development.
