基于集总参数测试技术的介电谱测量实验设计

Design of Dielectric Spectrum Measurement Experiment Based on Lumped Parameter Test Technology

  • 摘要: 设计了基于集总参数测试技术测量固体电介质的介电谱实验,具体采用失谐法和自动平衡电桥法两种测试技术测量介质材料的频率特性与温度特性,测试对象覆盖了固体电子学中的几种典型介质材料,如Al2O3复合陶瓷、PCB基板及铁电陶瓷等。面向电子科学与技术专业本科生设计实验教学方案,培养学生的科学思维和实践动手能力。

     

    Abstract: The experiment on measuring dielectric spectrum of solid dielectric based on lumped parameter testing technology was proposed, and the frequency characteristics and temperature characteristics are measured by two kinds of testing techniques: detuning method and automatic balance bridge method. The test objects cover several typical dielectric materials in solid electronics, such as Al2O3 composite ceramics, PCB substrates, ferroelectric ceramics, etc. Experimental teaching scheme was designed for undergraduate students of Electronic Science and Technology, in order to cultivate students’ scientific thinking and practical ability.
