Abstract:
The disassembly process of large size bearings based on electromagnetic induction heating was analyzed. A multi-physics coupling model for the bearing induction heating disassembly in engineering practice was then proposed, in which involving the electromagnetic field, temperature field and stress-strain field. In order to improve the computational accuracy and efficiency of electromagnetic-thermal-elastic coupling model, the sequential coupling method was then determined according to the coupling relationship between the various physical fields. Based on numerical simulation, we obtained the numerical solution of large size bearing eddy current field. Moreover, the temperature field analytical solution was obtained by using the separation variable method and the eigenvalue method, and the thermos-elastic deformation analytical solution was obtained by using the displacement solution method. Compared with numerical simulation and experimental results, the feasibility and effectiveness of the electromagnetic-thermal-elastic coupling semi-analytical model were verified.
