模块化激光加工实训的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Modular Laser Processing Training

  • 摘要: 以长安大学现代工程训练中心建立的模块化激光加工实训课程体系为研究对象,阐述了在工程训练中开展激光加工实训的主要内容和实施效果,对推动本科高校工程训练教学改革具有一定的借鉴意义。对在校大学生开展模块化激光加工实训,既可以让学生了解以激光加工技术为代表的先进制造方法和手段,开阔学生眼界,又可以提高学生参加工程训练的积极性。模块化激光加工实训使学生的创新创业能力以及指导教师的教学水平得到有效提升,有效保障了工程训练的教学质量。

     

    Abstract: Having chosen the course system of modular laser processing training set up by Modern Engineering Training Center of Chang’an University as the research object, this paper has elaborated the main contents and results of the modular laser processing training in the engineering training, which may provide certain references for teaching reform of engineering training for undergraduates. By attending the modular laser processing training, students are more likely to expand their horizons in learning advanced manufacturing methods and means represented by laser processing technology, and participate in more engineering trainings. Furthermore, not only students' abilities to innovate and start up a business are effectively enhanced as a result of the modular laser processing training, but also the teaching quality of engineering training is efficiently secured.
