基于溶液燃烧法制备多孔结构材料的实验设计

Porous Structural Materials Synthesized by One-step Solution Combustion Method

  • 摘要: 采用无须模板的快速的溶液燃烧法一步制备具有多孔结构的二元金属氧化物,用XRD、SEM、BET等分析手段进行表征分析,结果表明燃烧剂的种类、用量对二元金属氧化物的物相、结构的影响非常大。溶液燃烧法的快速、简便的优点,使其转化为一个高年级本科生的材料合成制备实验项目,这样不仅实验内容具有新颖性,创新性,还可以在规定的实验课时内完成实验内容,让学生掌握材料的一种简便制备方法,拓宽学生的知识面,为以后的科研研究奠定良好的基础。

     

    Abstract: Binary metal oxides with porous structure were prepared by rapid, template-free solution combustion method, and characterized by XRD, SEM, BET and other analytical methods. The results show that the type and dosage of combustion agent have great influence on the phase and structure of binary metal oxide. The rapid and simple advantages of solution combustion method make it a suitable project of material synthesis and preparation experiment for senior undergraduates. As such, the experimental content is novel and innovative, and can be completed within the prescribed experimental course period. This experiment enables students to master new and simple material preparation methods, expands students’ knowledge and lays a good foundation for their future research.
