微波技术实验中衰减测量实验设计

Experimental Design of Attenuation Measurement in Microwave Technology Experiment

  • 摘要: 微波测量实验环节是微波技术系列课程的重要组成部分。该文以可调衰减器的衰减量测量为内容设计了一个微波测量的实验项目,让学生根据微波实验对可调衰减器的使用需求,以频谱仪或者功率计作为测量工具,自主设计实验步骤,完成衰减特性的硬件测量和数据拟合得到其衰减特性,所得结果作为后续实验的依据。实践表明,该实验项目既让学生掌握了运用典型微波测量仪器完成衰减标定的方法,又通过直观现象深化了对衰减概念的理解,同时学会根据应用需求主动探索和设计实验过程,从而达到锻炼其微波工程设计能力和分析解决问题能力的目的。

     

    Abstract: The microwave measurement experiment is an integral part of microwave technology courses. A microwave measurement experiment based on the attenuation of the adjustable attenuator is designed. Students are guided to use spectrometer or power meter as a measurement tool, design the experimental procedures independently, and obtain the attenuation characteristics by hardware measurement and data fitting according to the usage requirements of the adjustable attenuator. The obtained results are used in subsequent experiments. It has been found that the experiment allows students to master the attenuation calibration method by applying typical microwave measurement instrument, deepen their understanding of the attenuation concept through straight-forward phenomenon, actively explore and design the experimental procedures according to usage requirements, thereby honing their abilities to design microwave engineering, analyze and solve problems.
